Most of us remember having a mediocre meal in a restaurant and the waiter asking “is everything OK?” and us replying “yes thanks” – only for us to then tell our friends to avoid the place! And they tell their friends, and the restaurant has no idea why their takings reduce.
Trustpilot and the like gather feedback, but it is open to abuse from false reviews, and it’s public. Our feedback system is both completely private and with no chance of abuse.
